Recently Completed. Hobson St, Hamilton, House Alteration

Great to see these client photographs of one of our recently completed house alterations in Hamilton. The brief called to remove an unused existing chimney and open up the existing kitchen & dining space, including relocating the kitchen. A large existing bedroom was reduced to a more standard size, to give more space to the living areas. And finally, the existing lounge was walled off to make it a more useable space. The result looks fantastic!

Our role included deciding exactly what existing structural elements could and couldn't be reused, or relocated, to keep the build cost as low as it could be.

Client review:

"We did a renovation on a 1930s home in Hamilton. Woven Architecture Hamilton helped us value engineered options to reduce costs. Woven was able to finalising design requirements before they submitted documentation to council for BC.

Even with my terrible time management of this project, Will from Woven was still able to get documentation through council incredibly fast ( Sorry Will)

Over all Woven Architects Hamilton was a pleasure to work with, timely, polite and one of the best value for money items throughout our renovation."
