Riverview Terrace Alteration, before and after, viewed from the back deck (with interior image below). Previously this space was half bedroom and half living area (which was too small for the size of the house). By removing the central wall we were able to form a generous light-filled living area. The removed bedroom was relocated into an existing separate dining area, so no bedrooms were lost.

Pūriri Hideaway, before and after (with interior view below). Utilizes an unused corner of a coastal residential section in Raglan. We formed this sleepout in a tight space between the existing house and boundaries, all while retaining the native trees around it. It might be small, but has a amazing sense of spaciousness on the inside, and a close link to the nature around it. This stylish little sleepout become an NZIA Local Architecture Award winning project.

Rostrevor Reclad before and after. Viewed from the front entrance and upper level decks. This project involved a full reclad to replace the existing claddings which were starting to fail. Decks where upgraded to give improved views to Waikato river.

Chartwell Renovations before and after. Viewed from the front entrance and the side of the house. This project involved a full reclad to replace the existing direct fixed plaster cladding. Feature stone veneer entrance columns where added, the roof replaced, and all glazing upgraded to double glazing.

Maeroa Renovation before and after. Viewed from the front entrance and the Kitchen. This existing house was looking very dated and in need to some TLC. Not only was the interior space opened up and modernized in the Kitchen/Dining area, but through an improved layout a bedroom and ensuite where added. Outdoor living was moved to the front of the house as a second house was added to the rear of the section.
